We ship via Canada Post. Shipment costs are based on weight, size of box. Orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped and you have accepted the shipping cost.

Return Policy :
Please be advised that all sales are final Roudybush-Canada will not take back food, for the simple reason of protection against infection of all sortes (bacterial, virale, etc.) that could be transmitted via the food.
